No. Mendmate adds no markup and takes no cut of your card payments. You pay Stripe's standard rate, and that is all.
Yes, any time. Email us the plan you want and we switch you over. You are only ever billed for the plan you are on.
Your dashboard counts down the trial. If you don't pick a plan, you get 7 more days, then your account pauses: everything stays readable and exportable. Nothing is deleted.
Yes. Use the toggle above. Paid annually, the plans work out at £33, £74 or £166 a month: two months free over the year.
Email hello@mendmate.co.uk. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. No notice period, no phone call, no retention script. Export stays free afterwards.
£199 a month covers every store you run, on one account. Staff are confined to their own store; owners and managers see all of them. Stock and sales are recorded per store.
