Why are you doing this?

One founder, building Mendmate from Bristol. I want five shops that use it every day, say what is wrong, and stay. In exchange you get the rate for life. It is cheaper than a sales team and more honest than a "limited time" banner that never expires.

What does "half price" mean, exactly?

Whichever plan you are on after year one, you pay half the public list price, rounded down in your favour: £19, £44 or £99 a month for Solo, Growth or Multi. Switch plans any time; the half price stays.

When does the free year start?

Day one of your account. No card up front. We will be in touch before the year ends to confirm the half-price rate, and nothing is charged until you have agreed it.

What if I cancel and come back later?

The founding rate is tied to a continuous subscription. Cancel and rejoin later and you pay the public rate. A short pause is fine; tell us first.

How do I claim a place?

What happens when the five places are gone?

This page comes down. The 14-day trial and the public pricing apply from then on. Still fair, just not as generous.
